Let’s see what your body is trying to tell you.

What is NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT)?
Sometimes the part of your body that hurts isn’t the part that’s causing the problem. NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) helps us figure out why you’re in pain by testing how your brain, muscles, and movement patterns work together.
NKT uses gentle muscle testing to identify compensation patterns—where one part of your body is doing too much to make up for a weaker or underactive area. Once we find the source of dysfunction, we use hands-on therapy and retraining exercises to restore proper function and reduce pain.
How NKT Works
1
Gentle Muscle Testing
We apply light resistance to assess how your muscles respond to a series of systematic “test”. These tests reveal which muscles are overworking (compensating) and which are under-firing (inhibited). This opens a brief “learning window” for your brain’s motor control center to rewire patterns.
2
Targeted Release and Retraining
Next, we release tension from the muscles that are getting too much stimulation from the nervous system and retrain the weak ones, helping your body rebuild healthy, balanced movement responses (ie: pain-free movement!).
3
Re-Test and Confirm
We retest to ensure your brain and body have adopted the healthier movement pattern — even during your session!
What to Expect During Your NKT Session
Why Trust NeuroKinetic Therapy?
NeuroKinetic Therapy is used by professionals around the world — including physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and movement specialists — to get faster, longer-lasting results for clients dealing with unresolved pain.
Developed by David Weinstock, NKT has been taught internationally for over 15 years and is grounded in neuroscience, motor control theory, and real-world clinical outcomes.
Used by top clinicians to treat everyone from elite athletes to older adults wanting to move without pain.
Built on how the brain actually works, NKT taps into the motor control center of the brain, where movement patterns are stored and updated.
Not guesswork…real testing. Every session involves specific muscle tests to identify dysfunction, verify corrections, and guide treatment.
