He took the time to carefully go over my entire history of injuries, identified several underlying issues, and walked me through how to correct them. I’ve struggled with back pain for years and have seen two chiropractors and two physical therapists. While those visits gave me some temporary relief and made me stronger, the pain always came back. I even received two spinal injections for a herniated disc, but the relief was short-lived. My doctor was recommending surgery, and I almost went through with it.
Josh was truly my last shot at finding relief, and I’m so glad I came to see him. After just one session, I experienced more lasting relief than I ever had from months of other treatments. On top of that, he provided videos for at-home exercises, which made it easy to follow and gave me confidence that I was doing things correctly. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. If you’re in pain and feel like you’ve tried everything, give Josh a chance—you won’t regret it.
