Josh is a Knoxville native who holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee and is a trained massage therapist from the Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage. With a deep passion for trail running, CrossFit, and various outdoor activities, Josh takes a comprehensive approach to massage and mobility. His goal is to alleviate pain and discomfort by addressing the underlying causes. With an impressive track record, he has worked with professional athletes in the NFL, Elite CrossFit, UFC, and Olympians across different sports. While specializing in working with athletes, Josh is equally dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personal goals and experience improved mobility and pain-free movement. He incorporates a range of techniques such as NeuroKinetic Therapy, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, Dry Cupping, and Active Isolated Stretching (Mobility Exercises) to optimize his clients’ well-being.

Building on my background in restorative rehabilitation, I chose to adopt a more holistic approach to healthcare. As a seasoned massage therapist with over 7 years of experience, I have expanded my knowledge base through persistent education. This ongoing commitment to education empowers me to offer tailored care that meets the unique requirements of each client. My therapeutic specialties include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and hot stone therapy.

Corey Church
Corey has been active in the fitness industry since 2008. Corey is incredibly well-rounded personal trainer, with multiple certifications in nutrition and strength training and over 13 years in supplement education, most recently at Eddie’s Health Shoppe. Corey believes the key to longevity is strength, and he takes a straightforward approach with his clients to build the strength and mobility they need to thrive long-term.
